Sustainability is a key issue for the aviation sector and requires airlines to improve their economic, social, and environmental performance simultaneously. This paper is based on the need to monitor and evaluate the sustainability performance of airlines on an annual basis. It proposes and applies the criterion importance based on sum of squares (CRISUS) - alternative ranking using two-step logarithmic normalization (ARLON) model for assessing sustainability performance across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This paper consists of four phases: evaluation of economic, social, and environmental performance, and determination of overall sustainability performance. The findings show that economic and environmental performance reached its highest level in 2023, while social performance peaked in 2021. The study highlighted total investment, occupational health and safety training, and greenhouse gas awareness initiatives as the most important sustainability criteria. This research offers methodological and practical contributions to the evaluation of sustainability performance and provides a practical framework to support decision-making for managers.
